Refund Policy
REFUND/RETURE
We will accept most new and unopened items in the original box with all original items and any promotional items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s) (see below for detailed information.)
Customers responsible for return shipping costs.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided if the item you received is incorrect.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: All shears, blades, clearance or discontinued items, and large equipment (tables, tubs, and cages) are a final sale.
CLIPPERS: All clippers must be returned within 7 days from the receipt date of your order and are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the condition of the clipper. All original items that were included in the box must be in the original outer packaging when returned.
DRYERS: All dryers are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All original items included in the items box must be in the original outer packaging when returned.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning your item(s).
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks from the time you send the item back. In many cases, you will receive your refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive the return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for the bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
All returns are to be shipped to the following address with a copy of your invoice/receipt or a note with your name, phone number, order number, a copy of your return authorization and the reason for the return.

NORTH AMERICA: CONTINENTAL US ADDRESSES
Orders placed Monday through Thursday typically ship out the same or next business day once your payment has cleared. Most orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday ship the next business day (Monday). Even though our online cart system processes orders 7 days a week, our carriers only pick up packages Monday through Friday (Holidays excluded). All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S.
Standard Ground Service (Up to 5 business days):
We does not ship to PO boxes whatsoever. For expedited ground service shipments please contact our Customer Service Department for possible shipping options or for an authorized distributor referral.
Shipping to a Different Address:
If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address you provide us, simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To Information page during Checkout.
INTERNATIONAL and APO/FPO ADDRESSES:
If a distributor for your country is not available, one of our Continental US distributors may be able to service you. Please contact our Customer Service Department directly for a referal, and allow up to 5 weeks for delivery.
