REFUND/RETURE We will accept most new and unopened items in the original box with all original items and any promotional items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s) (see below for detailed information.) All orders for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Standard Ground Service (Up to 5 business days): We does not ship to PO boxes whatsoever. For expedited ground service shipments please contact our Customer Service Department for possible shipping options or for an authorized distributor referral.
